The Vicoland platform allows you to easily source Expert Teams (Vico´s) according to your needs. All processes to contract a Vico and to manage your project are run by the powerful Vicoland platform. Optionally you can make use of the Vicoland Consulting Service (VCS) who will assist you at any step.
Realize projects simply and legally secure in 6 steps:

Project brief
Define your project requirements to identify the best expert team available . Decide whether you want to work based on a statement of work (SOW) or a time & material based agreement (T&M) - or even both!
2.
Vico matching
Based on your brief, Vicos are invited to pitch for your project and to send in quotations. If you already know who you like to be working with, invite the Vico yourself as well.
3.
Offer review
Review multiple offers for your project just like sourcing from different IT consultancies or agencies. Decide which Vico fits your requirements the best.
4.
Contract creation
After you have selected your Vico of choice, all contracts are created on the fly by the Vicoland platform. Now the project can kick-off.
5.
Project management
As your project is structured in phases, milestones and tasks you can easily export it into the project management system of your choice. Otherwise, you can also track and review the progress of every milestone in your Vicoland dashboard.
6.
Invoicing & payment
Once a milestone is done and the work has been approved by you, the invoice will be generated automatically. The Vicoland platform takes care of distributing the money to all parties involved through a smart payment system.
